Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from PRO BLO GROUP LIMITED.

Returns:

• Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt.

• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

• For hygiene reasons, if the seal on a brush has been broken and the brush has been used, it cannot be returned unless the item is faulty.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

Refunds:

• Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and notify you.

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 2-5 business days.

Exchanges:

• If you need a different size/product, please return your original item and place a new order.
