Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from PRO BLO GROUP LIMITED.

Returns:

Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
For hygiene reasons, if the seal on a brush has been broken and the brush has been used, it cannot be returned unless the item is faulty.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

Refunds:

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and notify you.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 2-5 business days.

Exchanges:

If you need a different size/product, please return your original item and place a new order.
